I understand from my reading here that the only way to mailmerge / export labels is w/zuckerdocs? id rather not do that at the moment. so i have started looking into working with the exported csv to see how difficult that may be to import to OpenOffice or word. (if the word plugin does in fact work for this i do own it: is there directions on the process somewhere? support did give me a link to the wiki docs for how to do a mail merge for letters - which works great)

but this brings me to the export issues: i see duplicates. they are on records i have modified previously, de- associating contacts from accounts, etc.. the wierd thing is that if there were dupes in the contacts list , i have already fixed them. im syncing w/.outlook and i believe all the dupes are fixed from there as well. ill see one contact listed 3 times on the export, one of them has a account associated with it in the export list. i was thinking i need to empty the trash as it were but dont see where- as these are records i have previously gotten dupes on (and fixed) as i fine tuned how and where they are showing up in sugar: ie under contacts and accounts, etc...

prob#2: it stops on a certain record: ie im exporting about 150 records, it stops on a certain record (85), i tried modifying all the fields on that record nothing helped, finally dleted it then realized it must have been the record AFTER that one as its now stopping in the same place. i cannot see what order they are exported, so i can't tell which IS the next record that its choking on.
so i cannot see if its something simple like i was guessing: perhaps no address data or something.
