    Default Exporting Email Opt-Out/bad email only?

    I am trying to export my leads and contacts. The export goes fine, but there are two attributes that are not exporting - the email opt-out and bad-emails. Now they are showing up as labels, but not fields. They are also showing up in various views in studio.

    How do I get those attributes to export along with everything else? Of course these are the ones I really needed, and they didn't go through!

    Oh - what is the main difference between Labels and Fields? Are they both capturing information? I'm confused.

    I'm using Sugar 5.0 on an apache server... getting the other info (don't keep it handy!!!)
