external access to data of sugar

Hi,
I have some problems with wsdl Service of Sugar.

I have to create a automated process. It has to load some data (contact data from our customers) out of Sugar, afterward I use this data in the process. At the end it should load up a pdf into Sugar to the Opportunitie the user selected.

At the moment I have two problems:
1. The upload function create the note, but it misses the name and the file
At the momement I use this services:
create_session
login
set_note_attachment
relate_note_to_module
logout

I think I'm missing one importend web service for the upload
Know someone a solution?

2. I have to prefill some pull down menues in a pdf with data out of Sugar. For this I have to use wsdl type document/literal.
I know that this service will be available in Version 5.5, but know someone a workaround for this problem with version 5.1?

Sugar version 5.1.0b Community Edition
Operating system, Webserver: I don't know
PHP version 5.0.24
MySQL client version: 5.0.24
