Extra Subpanel at Organization Module

Hey guys,

It would like to add another subpanel to my organization module. I would like to add contracts as a subpanel. I can't find where i can add an subpanel in the sugarcrm studio. I can only edit excisting ones.

I guess it has something to do with relations with another module.
