I notice my sugarcrm installation work slow on a dedicated server. So I set a INFO level on error log and notice lots of FATAL like this:

[FATAL] accounts.name like 'Pla%'

however, the sugar work fine but slow...

Any suggestions?

Sorry Kuska, what do you mean with another system? I make just some studio modification on sugarce.

The server is dedicated so, no one should work on it. I notice this errors during standar use uf crm, by my operator. Perhaps is a misconfiguration? Today I see also Mysql errors, see this errors line:

[FATAL] CONCAT(IFNULL(contacts.first_name,'')) like 'DE VI%' or CONCAT(IFNULL(contacts.last_name,'')) like 'DE VI%'

[FATAL] lfc_atecocode.name like '22%'

[ERROR] MySQL error 1064: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'ORDER BY last_name ASC' at line 1

what versions of php, db, operating system, sugarcrm and webserver are you running?

Sorry Lucio, Collossus is a super computer in an old SciFi Film ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colossu...Forbin_Project ) which calculated after switching on a very long time to produce only one line of output: "There is another system". "His" extraordinary calculation capabilities had calculated that there must be a system with the same power he has....


Back to problem: Are you really sure SugarCRM works fine?
If there are such error messages there must be a fundamental bug in your system.
If you use a Linux system, are you sure all rights and permissons are set correctly?

..ahh .. Dear Kuske, the sugarcrm seams to work fine, I notice just some very slow response time. My DB has just hundreds of record and the server is a good computer so, I suppose the probles is related to a misconfiguration of somethink.
