Fatal debug() error on tasks listview

Hi i'm in 5.2e CE and i have this error:

Which steps did you follow until get this error message?

According to line related to the error:

             $GLOBALS['log']->debug('Including generic hook file'); 
  

$GLOBALS['log'] is not defined.
