Fatal Error - Allowed memory size exhausted

hi, i have one user who repeatedly causes this when they schedule a call and save the details:

No one else can reproduce it. Any ideas?

At the moment the memory limit is 38M, it was 24M, it just seems to allocate whatever is available???
