Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to Open Source CRM as any user
2. Error will be present on the home page.

Error message was at the top of the page.
None of the Dashlets are present on the page.

Bump... still have this issue. Any help would be much appreciated.

If anybody in the future encounters this issue, turn off your FrontPage Extensions in IIS, recycle that instance of IIS and then rebuild the dashlets cache file (Admin/Repair/Rebuild Dashlets).
