Fatal error - imap_search

I´m having this error in the inbound email

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imap_search() in C:\Archivos de programa\sugarcrm-4.2.1a\htdocs\sugarcrm\modules\InboundEmail\Inboun dEmail.php on line 1235

Any idea?

Have the same Problem here.
SugarPRO running on Gentoo. Have tried so much to fix it, but nothing worked.

Tomorrow i write an email to the Sugar-Support and when they can help me i will notice you.

Your imap exetension is not configured in your php.ini file.

for gentoo when emerging php make sure you have imap use flag set.
