Fatal Error at Login

I am new to Sugar CRM and was able to successfully install everything yesterday, and last night everything seemed fine, but when I logged in this morning I am getting a fatal error:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\Domains\mysite.com\wwwroot\crm\include\utils\fi le_utils.php on line 258

Any idea what could be causing this? I have not yet added any data to the system, just looked around so far basically.

It is hosted by my webhost in IIS, with MySQL 5

I just realized that the problem went away after selecting a different tab and then returning to the Home tab.

I am still wondering if there is a problem with the system.
