Fatal error: Smarty error 'to-url' not implemented

OS: CentOS, Sugar 5.2.0

I have just upgraded from 5.1RC to 5.2 and everything seems pretty stable. However, whenever an account is selected from the existing list of accounts, the following error occurs:

Fatal error: Smarty error: [in cache/modules/Accounts/DetailView.tpl line 81]: [plugin] modifier 'to_url' is not implemented (core.load_plugins.php, line 118) in /usr/local/sugarcrm/htdocs/sugarcrm/include/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1095

This must've broken in the 5.1 to 5.2 upgrade. Any suggestions?

Please upgrade from 5.1 RC to 5.1 GA first, then to 5.2.

Unfortuantely its a little late for that. The 5.2 upgrade didn't say anything about going to 5.1GA, and there is no way of going back that I know of.
