Fatal Error with SugarBean

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\thekioskstore.com\httpdocs\sugar crm\data\SugarBean.php on line 2329

Can anyone help me with this. I have installed the sugarOpenSales Products and Quote modules. Everything installed fine, but when I try to create a quote I get the error message above. I'm not a very good PHP developer so I'm not sure where to look or what to change. Folder and file rights should be fine.
