Fatal error when loading module loader

Hi I am using:

Linux 2.6.28.5-grsec-sg2
Sugar 5.2.0k
Apache 1.3.41
PHP 5.2.5
MySQL 5.0.81

I tried to upgrade to 5.5.0, which was unsuccessful, I ended up restoring a full backup to get back to functional status, now when I try and open the Module Loader I get this error:

Fatal error: Class 'SugarThemeRegistry' not found in /home/foodbank/public_html/sugar/ModuleInstall/PackageManager/PackageManagerDisplay.php on line 102

Any Idears?

You need to restore a fresh copy of the ModuleInstall directory and the modules/UpgradeWizard directory. What happens is that these directories are upgraded right at the beginning of an upgrade, so if the upgrade fails you are left with a 5.2 copy of SugarCRM but a 5.5 version of both of these directories.
