Fatal Error when trying to sync with osCommerce DB

I am trying to integrate sugarCRM and osCommerce for a client. I have installed sugarCRM and it looks like it's working fine. I have also installed the osCommerce module, made the code changes necessary on the osCommerce side, uploaded the sugarCRM files on the osCommerce side as well. Now, when I try to sync the osCommerce database with sugarCRM I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/manhattan/www/www/sales/modules/OsCommerceCustomers/SyncWithOsCommerce.php on line 37

I am including the .zip file from the diagnostics. Please... if anyone can help on this it would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the same issue. Has anyone seen this error and know what the cause is?
