    Default FATAL SugarCRM - SugarPHPMailer encountered an error: Could not access file

    I was just looking through my error log for 4.5.0b and I found the following error:

    Code:
    Wed Oct  4 12:49:05 2006,480 [15666] FATAL SugarCRM - SugarPHPMailer encountered an error: Could not access file: cache/upload/4bd95246-03bb-5162-107d-452410e97abb
    I have now upgraded to 4.5.0d and Sugar is nolonger receiving any e-mail nor is there any errors in the sugarcrm log.
