faulty time tracking software

i have tried a number of software to track my employees..but it seems those software doesnot have the program that i want..im looking for a software which it will maximize my employees workforce even they are in vacation or remote areas and increase the teams productivity. do any of you know a software where i can rely on it..price doesnt matter as long as its worth it..
