I receive the following message when trying to compose and email in a new 4.5.1h install. You don't have permission to access http://<INSTALL_PATH>/include/FCKeditor/editor/fckeditor.html?InstanceName=description_html&Toolb ar=Default on this server.

Any assistance on where to begin correction will help.
