Few questions

Hello and good day to everyone.
From about 3 weeks i'm working and has interest with Sugar CRM Version 4.5.1i (Build 1176), my working mashine is with Windows XP SP2, and My SQL database 5.02 version,

I have a tree questions to resolve:

My first is: how to generate number counting (generator of tasks ... N0001, N0002, N0003 and other) in the New Task ... new field and only numbers... The procedure must work that: when i select "New Task" i want to have a field that generates serial numbers For the first "00001". and when i finish the task and select new, the number to change to the next 00002

The second question is: i have a start date and a finish date for the task -> in the New Task window. How to change it like the format of the Notes (when you select start date it has dropdown menu and you may choose from 15-30 and other minutes. and how this will be display on the calendar on the employeers. My idea is when they log-in and i give them a task from my panel to see the start date of the task (not the finish date). How can I make this to work for me?

The third question is how to view selected fields: name, model of device, warranty and other in Report Print screen.
I have a fields in the Task, but want only definite fields to choose in the Raport and to print to the clients.

Is my quenstions is possible to ask and show me the way to do.
