    Lightbulb Field "Assigned To" is not displaying

    Hi,

    Please help me to understand why field "Assigned to" is not displaying correctly in SugarCRM.
    "Assigned to" parameter is filled, but not displaying in list view, detail view, editview.

    If I create accounts or contacts under administrator (this user was generated during SugarCRM installation) I can see "Assigned to" parameter filled by user "Administator".

    But when I create accounts or contacts under another users that were generated during users import from another SugarCRM base or were created by Administrator manually, "Assigned to" parameter is not displayed these users.

    So in the accounts list I see accounts with user "Administrator" and see just "-" for accounts that were assigned for another users. If I click on the "-" when system shows me user profile that was really assigned to the account.

    Please help to fix this problem. I think that request displayed assigned users works correctly. May be we have change some data in User table for created user?
    Now we use SugarCRM 6.1. Community Edition.

    Hello,

    Double check database entries for Accounts table and see that you have correct 36 char unique id for assigned_user_id field. It must be exactly same than id field of users table.

    Thank you for your answer.
    We have correct ID in accoutns: assigned_user_id char(36) default NULL
    So this is not a cause of the error.

    Also to my case I can notice that after copying database to the internal server for testing we detect that all assigned user are displayed correctly. But on the external server the parameter is not displayed.
    Both database was generated without additional settings and plugins. Just one difference: the server with mistake was generated on the server with Internet access.

    If you have any recommendation to fix it on the our main server, please, answer.

    i have the same problem i havent a 36 char id but i think is the same...uhm im tying to reserch solution on the codes...in local server is perferctly but on the server dont work properly...
