¨To¨ field in Group emails is intermittent and not sortable

Hello,

We have a group of users that each has its own email, yet, we need that all be capable of reading each others mail in case that an employee is not available an the matter is urgent and has been directed to the personal email of the absent employee, for that purpose we have instructed our mail at hosting level to copy every email delivered to each of the individual accounts to a master account using a forward, that is, the master account gets a copy of each email the individual accounts get, then we created a group account in SUGARCRM which reads this master email address into the group mailbox, every employee in the group is supposed to read and make the appropriate links of his own emails, however, there does not seem to be a ¨TO¨ field in the email window to facilitate the determination of which emails belong to each user, well, at least not all the time, if I move from any module that is not the Email tab to the Email tab the view does display the emails of one account with the ¨TO¨ field which seems to be the last account that was selected for viewing in the Email tab, this column does not sort like the others and if you do select another account it seems to vanish, to get it back you need to leave the Email tab, and return. The ¨TO¨ field in a group email that collects the emails delivered to a department seems to me like a must, so it makes sense that at times it attempts to show, the fact that it disappears seems to be a malfunction of the program

The fact that when you enter into the Email tab it does display the ¨TO¨ field and that if you select another account you lose this column, and that when you have it it is not sortable suggests that this might be a Bug, further, right clicking a column displays a menu that allows to sort, lock, etc the column, sorting in the ¨TO¨ column is greyed out, locking the column moves it to the far left and you lose the date column something seems to be working improperly here, might be the developers can check it out
