Field Labels do Not stick

Using Sugar 6.2.0 Beta 3 and trying to build some additional fields into existing modules. Creation of the fields is straight forward but I cannot get the "display Label" to save as I want it to. For instance, I created a new field in the tasks Module that is a simple integer field to keep track of man hours. I put "Man Hours" in the Display label and auto created LBL_MAN_HOURS. When I save and deploy this the display lablel is always the System Label value. Same thing with creating new panels. No matter how many times I change it, the value reverts back to the system Label. Very frustrating. Am I missing a step?

Check if in language files of your module there is a map for entry LBL_MAN_HOURS and the label text.
If there is, also check if in the layouts this filed is used the label is correct set, as "LBL_MAN_HOURS".

If averything is rigtht and even this way do not works, replace where is LBL_MAN_HOURS to the desired display text, then it will be displayed correctly.

Ahhh...there is no entry for this in the language files or the views. I'm not exactly sure of your second suggestions. can you be more specific please
