Fellow Sugar addicts,
Alright, so I am sending outbound emails fine now from five different email accounts. Three of them are perfect, two however send emails that - instead of "John Jones" or "Sue Morgan" as the name - say "SugarCRM".
When you hit reply to these messages, you are replying to the right email, but the
Persons Name <personsname@emailaddress.com>
part looks like:
SugarCRM <personsname@emailaddress.com>
in the email client when replying.
All of the settings in IMAP *and* SMTP for each account are identical...names are where they should be, etc.
Any way to fix this? Maybe re-make the accounts or something??
