My server crashed overnight a few times and now when someone goes to leads-> Edit -> and adds some source info the field is no longer structured. all the text is written across the page in one line. It used to break it into multiple lines so the columns would stay equal. I tried running the repair utilities and no luck.

Very new to this so I have no idea what versions anything is, it seems like a dual OS with SUSE and Windows running, not sure of any versions.
