File Attachments Corupted

Users on my installation of Sugar have uploaded files, and when the files are downloaded, they are unreadable.

Every file uploaded has been corrupted- there have been no downloads that contain files that work yet. We have tried this with files of many different extensions and consistently get the same result.

Can anyone help with this? Thanks in advance.

EDIT: .txt files uploaded download and open correctly. This is the only extension that appears to work.

Which browser did you use for SugarCRM?

I've used IE8.0.6001, Firefox 3.6.11, and Chrome 6.0.472.63 and have had no luck with downloading files that I've uploaded or downloaded from any of the browsers, except for .txt files, which have worked.
