File upload increase size

I have followed the steps explained here: http://www.sugarcrm.com/wiki/index.p...ugarCRM_module

updated CRM admin value to 40MB
updated php.ini as instructed
restarted apache2

Still unable to upload big files into CRM, any pointers and help is appreciated.

'maxSize' => '50MB', increase the size according to your use
