I'm running 4.5 bitrock + 4.5.0f patch on a Centos system with Teams 2.0c installed. I have been using the History...Note/Attachment function inside of Project Tasks to keep track of the documents relevant to a project. (I'd like to go back to ZuckerDocs, but have been unable to get that working with 4.5)

I can upload fine (all file size issues known and taken care of) and it shows the original filename with the extension (win32, such as .pdf or .xls) in the attached doc line, however when downloading, the extension is dropped. Thus, there is no way to easily open files off of that page without saving and renaming, or chosing from (on my machine at least) a long list of potential apps to open the file. The integrity of the file is maintained as once it's renamed with the appropriate extension, it opens fine...

I've run this through Firefox, IE6 and Safari (Mac) with the same results.

A forum search didn't turn up anything spectacular for help....
