Fill in a custom field

Hi.
I would like to fill in a custom field with the name of the current. I created the custom field but my user needs to type-in and she does not want to do that because it is a know value, the contact name. Is there a way to fill this field when she goes to this screen (Bug Report)

I think I did not explain my problem very well, I'll try to do now... :-)
What I want is put a known value to a custom field. The value that i want to put in this custom field id the contact name. This field must be read only
