I am still evaluating sugar by using the community edition.
The one area that is bugging me is firstly doing a simple search in leads to find duplicates and then merging these.
I've used a very primitive system before that did this very well so im a bit dumbfounded.

Another issue I have is understanding the process of accounts.
in our business we have three different services we offer so would we need to have 3 separate accounts to keep things ordered when at a later stage we want to send newsletters out to each type of service?
In some cases one customer could be using 2 services and not the full 3..
