Firefox Select Box onclick issue

Anyone notice that when a select box changes color when you click on it in Firefox, you have to click it about 3 times the first time the page loads in order to get it to drop down? I've run into this problem in other projects I've worked on. If other people recognize it as a problem, I'll submit it as a bug and provide a patch, but it might be some quirky combination of extensions I have, that happens sometimes. Just wondering if anyone else feels this.

We use Firefox 1.51x exclusivly at our office and I've never noticed anything wrong with the select boxes.

It's OK here too - a number of users are using firefox (1.5 here) and there's no problem like that.

Interesting, 2 users here using FF1.5 are experiencing this problem.

I'll look into it. It's probably an issue with an extension, so I'll just notify the extension developer. I'll also post here to say which extension is causing the problem.

Well, that idea went bust.

We get the same problem on vanilla Mozilla, it doesn't support extensions. Which leads me to believe it's something in Gecko generally.

We're also all running Linux here, are you testing this behavior on Linux or windows?
