Fix for Bug 25350 - fatal error in email subpanels

Bug 25350 - DetailView has a fatal error on subpanels when user preference email setting is External Mail Client.
Fatal error: Call to a member function getPrimaryAddress() on a non-object in /var/www/sugarinternal/sugarinternal.sugarondemand.com/include/generic/SugarWidgets/SugarWidgetSubPanelTopComposeEmailButton.php on line 60

Found in: 5.1.0a

Targeted Patch: 5.1.0.Venice (patch B)

Workaround: Replace SugarWidgetSubPanelTopComposeEmailButton.php with the attached file.

Note: The attached file is only for Sugar Community Edition. Professional and Enterprise Edition customers, contact SugarCRM Customer Support for the fix.

is that errror can make me not to send mails because i really cant send any mails ????!!!! and how i can solve it ?

Hi,

I use an the Sugat mail client. After having updated today to Version 5.1.0a (Build 4837) Community Edition, I cannot see the mails in the folders: My Email, My Drafts and Sent Emails.

Your patch does not solve this problem. We loaded your patch file to our SugarCRM installation and the issue we experience still remains. I am really keen on good advice, as my mail is no longer accessible.
