flagging date

Hi

I need to find a way to highlight a date field once a specific date has passed, the field is called "date to be called" and is a standard date field added to a custom contacts module, I would like to find a way to display a warning if the date specified in the field has passed.

Hope that makes sense.

You can create an extended vardefs and specify the attribute validation.
Take a look on modules/ProjectTask/vardefs.php

I'm afraid I understood very little of that?

I was ok then you said "create an extended vardefs and specify the attribute validation" which lost me a little.

Can you explain how I would do it?
