Flash not loading in IE8

Hi Guys,

I'm facing a problem that I'm not sure if its a bug or if its a problem on my setup. When I browse my Sugar installation with IE 8 all flash graphics (like the Campaign ROI) does not show up, showing just a black area. If I browse with Firefox everything is ok.

What could be the problem?

Thanks for your reply. I've made more tests after posting this questions and it seems that the bug is related to the language pack that I'm using (my sugar setup has the brazilian language pack installed).

If logon using IE8 with an account that uses the default language (english-US) everything works fine and flash graphics works as expected. The samething happens if I logon using firefox and accounts with both portugues and english languages.

But if I use IE8 and an account configured for portugues, the flash does not load andut any shows the black box.
I could not test it with IE7 or early.

Do you have any idea on what could be happening? I did post this problem to lampda guys (the authors of the brazilian language pack) but any help is appreciated here.
