Flow chart of information?????????

There is some form or some document to be able to know the internal functioning of sugar? I am turning madman looking at functions ... files php ... etc without any result, since this is an free application they must facilitate a bit the work and at least to explain a bit in order that it serves every module and file and where it is necessary to search to do certain things ..... thank you for your help in advance...

For developers, I suggest starting with the Sugar Developer Zone. For users and administrators, I suggest starting with Sugar University.

(Laughs) I believe that I have asked you for new york and you have sent me to escandinavia ..... i already know that these pages exists ... but I ask you if there is some document that specifies as they communicate the modules, the step of variables, that is to say since(as,like) the program works exactly .... to be able to understand it ... I have to modify it and you turn(become) madman looking to which every thing corresponds(fits) ... and wherefrom the functions come ... and other things ...

It(He,She) would be of great help to have a flow chart of information of the whole application

You are asking for a document that explains nearly every bit of code and file used by Sugar when it is enough of a challenge just to provide the basics to get someone started on the development side. Let's be a little more realistic with our expectations.

Hi everybody,
I think ezcurrax has a point here.
Don't get me wrong, SugarCRM is a great product, I like it, I love it, I really do.
But the lack of documentation is a thing that (I'm afraid) turns many potential SugarCRM developers elsewhere.
I understand a company cannot survive without incomes, that's what Sugar University and other pay-per-learn services are for; but without technical documentation, without speficic howtos, without examples or tutorials, your potential PRO and Enterprise developers will run away.

I think this is an area where SugarCRM can and should improve...
Consider the Wiki and the Developers pages: not so well organised, in a chaos made of different releases and incompleteness.

All ezcurrax was asking is the DFD for Sugar.
If this does not exist, just say it. Don't sell him an old manual.

Large, system developer docs are rarely used and are never worth the time and cost to put them together in the long run.

I 50% agree with you.
A big manual is useless, but a better organized wiki could make the difference. Look at this page for example: it's old and incomplete
