Default Flush Module Data

    Hi all,

I recently installed the Service Desk Module and found that it didn't really work with the version (6.0.2) of Sugar I have. However, for some reason it has had a knock-on effect when creating new fields for other mudules.

When I create a new field and try to save it I get the following:

Warning: include(custom/metadata/note_servicedeskMetaData.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\xampp\htdocs\sugar\custom\application\Ext\Table Dictionary abledictionary.ext.php on line 11

Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening 'custom/metadata/note_servicedeskMetaData.php' for inclusion (include_path='C:\xampp\htdocs\sugar\include/..;.;C:\xampp\php\pear\') in C:\xampp\htdocs\sugar\custom\application\Ext\Table Dictionary abledictionary.ext.php on line 11
Edit Fields
  | Studio > RMA > Fields

resolution

work_log

</table

This appears as a floating window and is all over the place. I click the close cross in the top right and hit save a 2nd time and it shows another message:

    An error has occured
    Query Failed:INSERT into fields_meta_data set id='VSSIG_RMAsig_device_name_c', name='sig_device_name_c', vname='LBL_SIG_DEVICE_NAME', comments=null, help=null, custom_module='VSSIG_RMA', type='varchar', len=255, required='1', default_value=null, date_modified='2011-01-18 17:32:31', deleted='0', audited='1', massupdate='0', duplicate_merge='0', reportable='1', importable='true', ext1=null, ext2=null, ext3=null, ext4=null::MySQL error 1062: Duplicate entry 'VSSIG_RMAsig_device_name_c' for key 1

I am guessing this is something to do with having entered data when the module was installed and now something doesn't tie-up.

    Any help would be appreciated

Or the module was not successfully installed or it is buggy.
    Try to uninstall it.

How did you sort this out? I'm having the same issue and I'd like to know what you did to fix it.

Hello, sorry I am not 100% sure as it was so long ago and I guess you have probably fixed this by now anyway.

I think I just removed all trace of the SDesk module from dbase, folders and so-on. Then a repair/rebuild

LIke I say though, I can't be certain this is what I did. The short version of this though is that I never managed to get the Sdesk working.
