I have a problem with folder sent in imap. I don't see him in SugarCRM, but I connect to mailbox by Outlook to email server I see folder sent in Outlook and next in SugarCRM.
Email Server is Lotus Domino.
What is a problem? Help me!!!.

Similar problem.
The sent mail and folder doesn't show in SugarCRM 5.2 for group email accounts using IMAP. The corresponding folders on mail server has been setup correctly and the emails are correctly syncronized on the server. However, it is impossible to view these folders (sent-email and trash) in the SugarCRM.
