    Default The following error is recieved when opening a Lead: Error retrieving record. This re

    Hello,

    Logging in as the administrator with full privledges I created a 'test' Lead together with a made up Account name.

    Please view the attached image - when I click on Test Account Ltd the error appears (please see attached image 2)

    note the account 'Test Account Ltd' is not a real account and does nott exist within the Accounts section (I wonder if this is a problem?) but then why would it let me create 'Leads' if it needs already created accounts?
