font error with unicode! help me plzz!

When i make a tsv or tab file by Excel or notpad and import into Sugar CRM, the font is error. I m living in Viet Nam, so i use Unicode character. Please help me to solve this problem as soon as possible. Thanks so much!

i have problem with character set after import.
creat tab file with notepad in Unicode is ok.
Import into suger crm is ok.
But the character u see in the database is error.

what is your mysql charset? Use PHPMyAdmin ... the home page will tell you

yep, in Sugar CRM system, i use phpmyadmin. in xampp localhost. but i can not set Unicode into database from txt file. plzz. thanks so much.

SugarCRM requires the Import/Export encoding matches the import file encoding.
So make sure both match.
