As-is, although email logins are set up correctly and the tests work for both outbound smtp and inbound imap emails, INBOUND emails are not shot to the assigned party on creating/reassigning a lead or account. I am familiar with the email template system if that's the solution. I thought throwing these emails was sugar's default behavior?
There are no errors in sugarcrm.log.
Please assist, this severely hampers workflow.
EDIT: I'm aware this is usually an issue with cron/scheduling. I have all the precursor stuff for the scheduler installed, but if there's something more that needs to be done, this may be the issue.
