Sugar Suite version OPEN SOURCE 4.5.0b (wmware installer)

There ratio of threads or views to replys is getting larger daily, as are the aging values. Any thoughts regarding our "stymied" community?

When you consider the number of new threads posted and replies there is quite a lot material to cover. Also people may not know the answer to the question being asked. Some (like me) like to research to find an answer that is correct.

Remember some people have full time jobs and may not have time to answer quickly. If you have a real problem and you are paying for Pro or Enterprise you can create a Case in the Support section on SugarCRM, Inc. (or if you paid for support for the opensource).

Forums are free and sometimes someone may know the answer right away if they have dealt with that problem before or has seen a solution to the problem.

Also a good read for new posters How to post a request and get a response message can be found here. For anyone wanting to get a response to a post for help especially for those who are new, that message is a must read.


The volume of messages would not nessarly permit everyone to respond to every message with an accurate reply.
