Fully editable mail template?

Hi guys,

I'm actually trying to implement a newsletter design as SugarCRM 5.5.0a (Build 6659) template. Am I able to fully specify the mail template? I don't want any SugarCRM system lines in there like unsubscribe. The template already includes such items. I wasn't able to find really good and matching information on this topic.

Any advices and/or hints?

Actually I was able to set a html template for the newsletter. Three things I'm struggle a little bit with are:

- Is there a public viewable webversion of the newsletter, which I can link in the template?
- I used the remove link <server-url>/index.php?entryPoint=removeme, but I got an empty page after clicking on it
- I'm only able to send the test mail. This "plan email"-thing doesn't work for me. I configured it with a certain time in the campaign wizard. Did I miss something?


Addition:

Maybe the reason for not sending or better receiving the real mail is, that SugarCRM seems to send mails with the following settings:

Run Nightly Process Bounced Campaign Emails > Active
Run Nightly Mass Email Campaigns > Active

Am I able to define, that mail campaigns are sent directly just in time?
