get information from one module to another

hi all,
in my application i am having accounts and contacts modules,
in accounts modules we can create users,but in contacts module we can't create users i,e there is no shortcut functionality.
now my problem is when i create user in accounts module, that user has to show in contacts listview,
how can i get same users from one module to another module without creating,
if i want to write query where to write that query,
can any one help me to resolve this issue,

Why there is no create button in shortcut of contacts.You removed it or not appearing from starting.?

thanks for the replay,
from contact module i have deleted short cut functionality,
because its visible to users so,they can only see the information about users but they can not create users,

In detailview of Leads there is button ConvertLead try to make such button &add same fuunctionality.
