Getting error message when I go to index.php

Sugar was working fine until a day ago. Today went to login and got this...

Update to 5.2.d. This is a result of a known incompatibility with PHP 5.2.9.

How can one upgrade if they are unable to get in to use the upgrade wizard? I do not understand how to use the other methods.

Appreciate any insight.

Unfortunately, I do not understand the steps involved for upgrading with silent upgrader, for example:

- Where do I locate the zip file.
- Where do I find the full path to the alternate file log file or what is the alternate log file.
- Where do I find the full path to the instance being upgraded.

Do you know where I can find the answers?
