Getting these: 猠晩汥⁡牥⁡畴漭来湥牡瑥搊

I added the forum module last night and right after I did that I got the following in, I assume, the header. I only get this on the admin section. I was just about to reinstall the entire thing.

It seems to be garbage text, probably due to the page encoding being wrongly detected (as UTF-16 or BIG-5 maybe) by the browser. I think the fact that most of the text maps to Chinese characters is just a coincidence.

I have this problem too but only when I log in as admin.
Other users do not see these characters. I highly doubt is page encoding or the browser because the issue manifests in different browsers and on different OSes.
