getting undefined loading message..

hi all,

i facing problem in forward lookup and Dashlets..
i just attach one image which explain my problem..


and whenever i just move mouse on dashlet icon it show me undefined error message like this :


so please help me to solve this problem..

Remove the file cache/jsLanguage/en_us.js
Refresh the page.

i just clear all folder in cache..

actually it was my js file issue.. may be that js file creating error so

i just remove that js include statement and nw its wroking
