gettring undefined red error message in required field when left it blank on save

Hi...

i m facing one problem of required field validation..

i just assign same field as required field and whenever i left it blank and hit save button its give me error like undefined and field name..
just see attach image u will get full idea about this...



so pls help me to solve this problem,,,,
