Give users the right to see assigned things

Hi,

is it possible to configure SugarCRM so that users are only allowed to see the things (contacts, projects, ...) which are assigned to them?
More over, is it possible to have users at the same time who can see everything?

PS: How to search in the forums for that? +assigned +right or only AND assigned gave me always ALL posts with either key one OR key two.

Hi Chris,

use role security to set up restrictions on what users can see. Users bound to roles will have restricted access.
