Giving condition for 'delete'

Hi

I have a custom module called 'SOW' and another custome module 'Forecast'. There is a one to many relation between SOW -> Forecast. Now i need to put a condtion in the list view of SOW that an SOW record can be deleted only if there is no related record in the 'Forecast' module. Please guide me in this.

You can create a logic_hook before_delete to evaluate this condition.
