    Default Glitch in History subpanel after Upgrade from 4.51 to 5

    After we upgraded from 4.51 to 5.0.0e the Contact Name doesn't show up properly in the history subpanel for notes, or on the notes section of the activities panel. Instead of displaying the Contacts First name and last name, it just shows the last name. I attached a picture showing the history subpanel.

    Does anybody have any ideas? I would think it would be a fairly minor fix.
