Global dashlet changes?

Is there anyway to set dashlets so that they show up for every user?

I'm trying to create a dashlet that allows all members of a group to see the open cases of the group members. I.e., if the Kluge group has Joe, Bob and Larry as members, I'd like there to be a dashlet so Larry, Joe or Bob can see all the open cases of the Kluge group.

How would one do this? It seems simple, so I am thinking I am just missing something.

'modules/Home/dashlets.php' - default dashlets for all users!!!

You should create new dashlet for groups.

Sorry, I wasn't clear enough. I was looking to see if this could be done via the admin GUI interface instead of by changing php.

Is there a way to do that?
