I have tried searching for last 3 days regarding above issue, but did not find any solutions.

The problem is like this :
I need to search from global search - and only details I have is my client's email ID -

this was perfectly possible in 4.5 but not in 5.0 - is this a bug - or a special FEATURE of new version


any help is appreciated.
